The hotel may look unappealing from the outside, but the lobby and rooms are clean and well-presented. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, especially with our special request for Christmas decorations in our room. The location was great as it was close to a quick shop making it easy to grab any essentials needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the large and well-maintained pool area, perfect for relaxing on a hot day.
While the hotel had overall good service, we found that the restaurant was a bit slow at times and a limited menu was offered. the rooms could have benefited from better soundproofing as we could sometimes hear noise from other guests in the hallways and neighboring rooms.

The hotel looks mediocre from the outside but don't let that fool you! the lobby is spacious and the staff is polite and helpful. the rooms are clean, bright, and well-appointed. I loved the large closet with shelves and the coatrack. the bathroom is large and appears to have been newly remodeled. the restaurant serves delicious food, and the portions are generous. They even accommodated our early breakfast request. There is a convenient quick shop right next door, and the pool area is clean and well-maintained.
The exterior of the hotel might put you off at first, but don't be discouraged. the hallways leading to the rooms are somewhat dingy and could use some updating.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by its clean and spacious lobby. the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, bright, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. the bathroom looked newly remodeled and was spotless. the hotel also had a pool with clean facilities and a nearby quick shop for any necessities.
The exterior of the hotel was unappealing, with stained and neglected concrete.
